Morphology

Two or three fruitbodies. Cap 3–5 cm, buff to pale tan, convex to plane with a slightly depressed centre. Gills pale buff, moderately close. Stipe pale, curved, arising from the underside of the log.

Habitat & substrate

Growing directly from a large mossy fallen log, ferns and litter below.

Lookalikes & what rules them out

Overlaps considerably with TM0028 and TM0029 — possibly the same species at a different stage.
