Angles captured. Four frames, two of the trunk and two closer on the fruitbody.

Morphology

A pale tan bracket, 8–12 cm across, thin in section, growing directly from standing dead wood.

Habitat & substrate

Standing dead trunk beside the trail.

Lookalikes & what rules them out

Too little of the pore surface is shown to place it.
