Angles captured. Four field frames, plus five of the spore print.

Morphology

Cap 2–3 cm, orange-brown, convex, small. Gills dark brown in the print frames. Stipe slender. Spore print dark rust-brown.

Habitat & substrate

Grass and gravel at the edge of the track.

Lookalikes & what rules them out

A dark rust-brown print with dark gills on a small orange-brown cap. The colour of the print is the most useful thing recorded here.
